What a nice feeling for things to start working out. I have been named as Telemark racer for Canada, I have received some uniform sponsorship from Spyder, and a discounted pass from RMR. The unfortunate reality, however, is that all racing expenses (flights, fees...) come out of my savings; and I may not have enough savings to compete in all the races I had hoped to this season. Will see how it goes.
On the other side of things, BC Telemark is beginning to have a few things confirmed as well. We have a GS race at Silver Star planned, a Telemark Festival at Whistler, and Fernie has nearly confirmed the Canada West Tele Championships.
I thought the workload would get less as things started to come together...NOT the case! Very busy making lists to takkle!
